island500.com was created by islanders for islanders. Finding items on island can be difficult, whether used or new. The site was created to not only facilitate connecting individuals on island, but also to connect them with the neighboring island or mainland in order to get their needs met.
We have included additional features to help you navigate through island life. Features like an exporters section and the ability to connect to neighboring and other islands and the mainland in a single search. There are discussion Forums to trade much needed information or just talk or even complain about things. There is also a personal section to find that perfect someone on island or off. Or maybe you just need some advice – it's a great place to do it anonymously. Have a look at our quote section on the main page and see who's sent-in the latest words of wisdom or joke. The site is mostly free and the true vision is mainly to make your island living experience easier, more informed and a bit fun too.
